Trust and Safety Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Trust & Safety Charter and Enforcement Framework, ensuring alignment with expert lifecycle and quality standards
• Build and run the investigations engine, designing workflows for risk screening and post-activation investigations
• Lead and develop the Trust & Safety team, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of fairness and rigor

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in Trust & Safety, integrity, risk, fraud, or investigations, ideally in a marketplace or platform
• Experience owning or leading an integrity or Trust & Safety function
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and dashboard creation
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to develop scalable solutions
• Ability to lead small teams with high standards for quality and consistency
