Trust and Safety Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of Trust and Safety initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, build a dedicated team, and develop systems to ensure a safe marketplace for enterprise catering.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust metrics and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
• Hire and lead a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution
• Establish monitoring processes and prepare reports on marketplace trust for leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust and Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, particularly in dispute resolution
• Experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes from the ground up
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in high-stakes situations
• Completion of a 4-year accredited college program; advanced study preferred
