Trust and Safety Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of a safe and trusted marketplace, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, build a dedicated team, and ensure policy enforcement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop protocols for trust and safety, including response strategies for trust-breaching incidents
• Transform policies into actionable playbooks and establish monitoring processes for marketplace trust
• Hire and manage a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with significant ownership of program design and implementation
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, particularly in dispute resolution and policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
• Exceptional judgment and decisiveness in high-stakes situations
• Completion of a 4-year accredited college program; advanced study preferred
