Trust and Safety Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of Trust and Safety initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, build and manage a dedicated team, and oversee the enforcement of policies to ensure a safe marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
• Hire and lead a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution
• Establish processes for monitoring marketplace trust and prepare periodic reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or comparable roles, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, particularly in dispute resolution and policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in high-stakes situations
• Completion of a 4-year accredited college program; advanced study preferred
