Trust and Safety Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance safety and trust within the community, the full-time remote Trust and Safety Product Manager will identify customer pain points, define and deliver safety-focused products, and lead cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Creating vision and strategy for Trust & Safety products and platforms
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches
• Maintaining product backlog and roadmap while prioritizing solutions based on business value and customer impact

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Prior experience in trust, safety, risk, or fraud-related product, operation, or engineering roles
• Experience building machine learning products or technical product management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills in a global environment
