Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Incident Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently assess and address trust and safety concerns via phone and email
  • Identify issues, trends, and common problems facing users while assisting in resolving concerns
  • Oversee the payment and distribution of the Thumbtack Guarantee to consumers

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in advanced Customer Support, case management, or skilled mediation is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Trust and Safety or incident response experience is a bonus
  • Strong collaboration skills and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
