Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Incident Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently assess and address trust and safety concerns via phone and email
- Identify issues, trends, and common problems facing users while assisting in resolving concerns
- Oversee the payment and distribution of the Thumbtack Guarantee to consumers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in advanced Customer Support, case management, or skilled mediation is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Trust and Safety or incident response experience is a bonus
- Strong collaboration skills and a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
