Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist to ensure the integrity of its marketplace by managing risks associated with caregivers and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor platform activity to identify and resolve violations of community guidelines and safety policies
• Review user reports and suspicious behaviors, taking appropriate actions based on internal policies
• Collaborate with teams and provide training as a subject matter expert on Trust & Safety policies

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or related fields
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Ability to make consistent decisions in high-volume review environments
• Familiarity with online community guidelines and moderation tools
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion
