Trust and Safety Specialist
Job Summary
Working onsite in New York, the part-time Trust and Safety Specialist will provide operational support for Intellectual Property enforcement queues, handling escalations, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with full-time employees to maintain quality standards and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Process IP operations queues in accordance with documented SOPs and policy guidelines
- Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing complex cases to appropriate stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis on errors, trends, and process breakdowns, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in trust & safety operations, content moderation, or integrity/IP enforcement
- Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs precisely while exercising judgment on nuanced cases
- Experience with escalation handling and operational reporting
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, queue-based environments with shifting priorities
