Trust and Safety Trainer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Trust and Safety Trainer, this full-time remote position will lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Trust and Safety training programs, ensuring employees are equipped to respond to evolving trends and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a standardized Trust and Safety training curriculum for onboarding and ongoing education
• Partner with QA teams to identify performance gaps and implement structured coaching programs
• Serve as a liaison between Ops, Intelligence, QA, and Product teams to ensure training aligns with operational needs

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning and development or training
• Experience in developing and delivering training content in an operational environment
• Strong understanding of workflows, SOP adherence, and operational processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
