Job Summary
Supporting the Central Trust Group, the full-time Trust Associate will manage day-to-day trust administration functions, ensuring optimal client service while interfacing with various support areas and maintaining accurate account management.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day trust administration tasks, including account openings, closings, and asset maintenance
- Monitor accounts for overdrafts and un-invested cash, keeping the Trust Officer informed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely follow-up on client issues and requests
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Experience in the financial industry or client service roles (required)
- Experience working in a trust department (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and web-based portals
- Ability to collaborate effectively within team environments
