Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the COO and trust entity MDs to develop and implement operational strategies
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
• Operationalize and coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives, including project timelines and progress tracking

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting, or project management, preferably in regulated entities or trust banks
• Proven experience in project management and managing multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for digital currency and blockchain technology with a commitment to regulatory compliance
