Trust & Compliance Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end vendor due diligence process, the full-time remote Trust & Compliance Operations Manager will manage VDDQs, RFPs, and RFIs, build a knowledge base, and oversee data room management to streamline compliance operations for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for vendor due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs, managing the entire response process
• Build and maintain a living knowledge base of pre-approved answers to compliance questions and partner with Engineering to launch a self-service trust center
• Manage the structure and upkeep of the due diligence data room, ensuring all documents reflect the current security and compliance posture

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience owning VDDQs/RFPs/RFIs in a regulated B2B SaaS environment
• Working knowledge of relevant security, privacy, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Ability to translate technical and legal details into customer-ready language under deadline pressure
• Experience building repeatable processes and structure for compliance operations
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Security, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams
