Trust Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing high-volume payroll wage disbursement operations, the full-time Trust Operations Specialist II will ensure accurate and timely payments while resolving exceptions and collaborating with internal teams, banking partners, and government agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load, validate, monitor, and process high-volume wage disbursement files to meet operational deadlines
• Research and resolve processing exceptions and client inquiries through various communication channels
• Review audit reports and complete operational controls to ensure compliance and processing accuracy

Required qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in payroll, tax, trust operations, financial operations, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience working with operational controls, audits, and compliance processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
