Job Summary
Leading the Trust Risk Program, the full-time Trust Risk Manager will operationalize risk management strategies, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive modernization initiatives utilizing AI and automation while working remotely across the US.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize technical risk expertise to guide product and engineering teams in managing risk throughout its lifecycle
- Develop and execute the strategy for the Trust Risk Program, focusing on alignment with Autodesk's business goals
- Establish clear mitigation delivery plans and facilitate data-driven decision-making across diverse stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in building and improving technical risk management programs in complex technology organizations
- 4+ years of experience managing teams in a remote or hybrid environment
- Strong understanding of Trust principles such as security, privacy, and responsible AI
- Experience with AI-enabled risk and compliance workflows, including human review and validation practices
- Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001
