Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Agent, 2026 New Grad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review potentially suspicious behavior daily to protect users and prevent financial losses
  • Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews and communicate with customers regarding trust and risk inquiries
  • Investigate Trust & Risk cases while maintaining customer satisfaction and monitoring performance of key operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Graduating in Dec 2025 or by Summer 2026) or equivalent practical experience
  • Internship or part-time experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or support preferred
  • Exposure to support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus
  • Weekend availability required
  • Strong customer-first attitude and ability to multitask
