Trust & Safety Associate

Job Summary

To support the integrity of the expert contributor ecosystem, the full-time Trust & Safety Associate will conduct investigations, identify emerging fraud patterns, and assist in developing operational controls, working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review suspicious activity, conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend enforcement actions in line with company policies
• Run daily operational investigation runbooks to identify fraud and integrity issues within the community
• Identify emerging risk trends and contribute to the refinement of operational runbooks for fraud detection and mitigation

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Operations, Risk Operations, Investigations, or a related operational role
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and manage competing priorities in ambiguous environments
• Experience in articulating project status, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in working with data, including writing and modifying SQL queries independently
• Ability to identify patterns in large datasets and make decisions with incomplete information
