Trust & Safety Attorney

Job Summary

Supporting a high-touch legal team, the full-time Trust & Safety Attorney will manage platform safety, fraud prevention, and crisis-related legal matters in a fully remote environment for a duration of 3-6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on legal risks associated with user safety and company exposure
• Draft memos and create repeatable workflows for handling urgent legal issues
• Collaborate with various departments, including Fraud & Safety and Global Crisis Management, to provide actionable legal guidance

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in criminal law, investigations, or law enforcement operations
• Proven track record in handling platform safety and crisis response matters
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clear guidance in time-sensitive situations
• Excellent writing skills and strong judgment under pressure
• Experience in systematizing processes and creating workflows for legal operations
