Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Contractor (Independent Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into reported cases of copyright infringement
• Understand and enforce the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and community guidelines
• Handle staff escalations and contribute to daily team tasks and investigations

Required Qualifications

• Good understanding of copyright law (Canadian and US)
• Experience in addressing user reports
• Ability to adapt and be agile in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Technical knowledge of Zendesk and Google Suite is an asset
