Trust & Safety Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Manager to oversee the integrity function of its expert platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Trust & Safety Charter and Enforcement Framework, ensuring consistency and alignment with policies
• Build and run the investigations engine, designing workflows for risk screening and post-activation investigations
• Lead and develop the Trust & Safety team, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of fairness

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, integrity, risk, fraud, or investigations
• Proven experience leading an integrity or Trust & Safety function
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and dashboard building
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to develop scalable solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage small teams with high standards for quality and consistency
