Trust & Safety Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of a safe and trusted marketplace, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, build a dedicated team, and develop systems for policy enforcement and incident monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
- Hire and lead a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution
- Establish processes for monitoring trust incidents and provide periodic reports to leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or comparable roles, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, specifically in dispute resolution
- Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
- Strong judgment and decisiveness in high-stakes situations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced study preferred
