Trust & Safety Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the growth of a creative entertainment platform, the full-time remote Trust & Safety Operations Analyst will manage day-to-day operations with a content moderation vendor, streamline review workflows, and define operational SLAs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the content moderation BPO, overseeing regular syncs, training rollouts, and quality calibration
• Streamline playbooks and review workflows for DMCA and in-app content reports in collaboration with T&S Product and Legal
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track performance against key SLAs across operational workstreams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, BPO management, or customer-facing roles
• Experience in a user-generated content or consumer platform, preferably in the music industry
• Genuine interest in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or platform integrity
• Familiarity with copyright, IP, or music-industry workflows, especially related to DMCA and regulatory takedown procedures
• Comfort with dashboards and basic data analysis
