Trust & Safety Senior Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Senior Lead to oversee trust and safety operations and ensure compliance and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead trust and safety strategy across product operations and public engagement
• Support daily Trust & Safety operations, including incident management and cross-team collaboration
• Monitor and report on safety objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 7-10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Management, Operations, or related functions
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of 3+ employees
• Experience designing or operating incident response processes in safety-critical environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams without direct authority
