Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, Law Enforcement Response.

Key Responsibilities

• Field time-sensitive inquiries from law enforcement regarding user data disclosure policies
• Conduct investigations to identify users and retrieve records
• Draft responses to valid subpoenas, warrants, and court orders accurately

Required Qualifications

• Interest in law, policy, and privacy issues
• Familiarity with legal language and the US/CAN criminal justice system
• Ability to navigate emergency situations calmly and meticulously
• Comfortable using Google Drive and basic data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets
• Professional experience related to legal and privacy operations is preferred
