Job Summary
A company is looking for a Q&A Contact Experience to join their Trust & Safety team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce policy violations reported by content creators in real time
- Record actions taken and analyze patterns to recommend improvements in moderation processes
- Manage high-profile Trust & Safety escalations and resolve complex issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Over three years of Trust & Safety experience, preferably in gaming or social media
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building
- Empathy for players with a track record of improving safety and community standards
- Experience playing Valorant or similar first-person shooter games is required
