A company is looking for a Q&A Contact Experience to join their Trust & Safety team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce policy violations reported by content creators in real time
• Record actions taken and analyze patterns to recommend improvements in moderation processes
• Manage high-profile Trust & Safety escalations and resolve complex issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Over three years of Trust & Safety experience, preferably in gaming or social media
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building
• Empathy for players with a track record of improving safety and community standards
• Experience playing Valorant or similar first-person shooter games is required
