Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist to ensure a safe online environment by enforcing policies related to Trust & Safety issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle confidential and sensitive information while ensuring data protection and privacy
• Review and assess content to identify and address Trust & Safety violations
• Apply and enforce community guidelines, policies, and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety or a related field
• A background in criminal justice, human rights, social studies, or psychology is required
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with resilience
• Must have a private, quiet workspace for uninterrupted work
• Willingness to work night shifts and be available on weekends and holidays
