Trusts & Estates Attorney

Job Summary

To support a prominent Am Law 100 law firm, the part-time to full-time Trusts & Estates Attorney will advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters, including the drafting and review of wills and trusts, in a remote contract engagement lasting approximately 6-12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex estate planning matters and strategies
• Draft and review wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents
• Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families to ensure their estate planning needs are met

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trusts and estates, preferably with a large or mid-sized law firm
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning issues
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
