TS/SCI Cleared User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to support their client with a focus on interface design and user research.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate to define a customer experience-led vision and required capabilities
• Conduct business analysis and opportunity modeling through stakeholder interviews
• Lead customer-centric strategy focused project streams and ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in delivering interface design solutions
• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Advanced experience with user research and usability testing
• Expertise in Agile methodology and iterative product design cycles
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is required
