Job Summary
Leading a team of customer-facing technical consultants, the full-time TS/SCI Licensed Professional Services Manager will oversee delivery execution, talent development, and customer outcomes for federal engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of technical consultants
- Ensure end-to-end project delivery aligns with federal customer objectives and mission outcomes
- Act as a senior delivery leader in customer-facing forums, addressing complex delivery issues and fostering a collaborative team culture
Required qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Technical Services leadership
- Strong understanding of application architectures and network infrastructure
- Experience operating in federal or cleared customer environments
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance in a customer-facing role
