TS/SCI Polygraph Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support the Maryland Procurement Office, the remote, contract Technical Intelligence Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify and engage hard-to-find TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical talent, leveraging advanced sourcing methodologies and a deep network within the Intelligence Community.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and pipeline TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical and intelligence professionals for MPO programs
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract difficult-to-find candidates across various technical disciplines
• Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies and AI-enabled recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness and expand talent pools

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience sourcing TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical professionals for MPO programs
• Strong network within the Intelligence Community and ability to engage passive candidates
• Expertise in developing sourcing strategies tailored to mission-specific skill sets and labor category alignment
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searches
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting technologies and market intelligence platforms
