TS/SCI Polygraph Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support the Maryland Procurement Office programs, the remote Technical Intelligence Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify and engage hard-to-find TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical talent, utilizing advanced sourcing methodologies and building relationships with passive candidates in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and pipeline technical talent for Maryland Procurement Office programs
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies by collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and program leadership
• Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies and AI-enabled technologies to uncover hidden and passive talent

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience sourcing TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical professionals
• Deep network within the Intelligence Community and a strong understanding of sourcing nuances in the MPO environment
• Proven success in developing innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find candidates across various technical disciplines
• Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search and AI-powered tools
• Strong candidate engagement skills with the ability to build relationships with passive talent
