Job Summary

To support the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) programs, the remote Technical Intelligence Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage and pipeline hard-to-find TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical talent while developing innovative sourcing strategies and leveraging advanced methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage hard-to-find technical talent for MPO programs
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters and program leadership
• Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies and AI-enabled tools to uncover hidden talent

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience sourcing TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical professionals
• Deep network within the MPO and broader Intelligence Community talent market
• Strong understanding of sourcing nuances in the MPO environment
• Proven success in developing innovative sourcing strategies across various technical disciplines
• Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean and X-ray search techniques
