TS/SCI Polygraph Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) programs, the remote Technical Intelligence Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify and engage hard-to-find TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical talent, leveraging advanced sourcing methodologies and a deep network within the Intelligence Community.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and pipeline TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical and intelligence professionals for MPO programs
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters and program leadership to meet mission requirements
• Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies and AI-enabled recruiting technologies to uncover hidden talent across various technical disciplines

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience sourcing TS/SCI Polygraph-cleared technical professionals for MPO programs
• Established network within the MPO and Intelligence Community talent market
• Strong understanding of sourcing nuances in the MPO environment
• Proven success in developing innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find candidates across multiple technical fields
• Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies and AI-powered recruiting tools
