Job Summary
The full-time remote Turbomachinery Auxiliary Systems Engineer will design, specify, and integrate auxiliary systems for turboexpanders, compressors, and turbines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop auxiliary systems, including lubrication and cooling systems, for rotating equipment
- Prepare technical documentation such as process flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and specifications
- Support projects from proposal through commissioning, coordinating engineering deliverables and managing technical interfaces
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in instrument and control engineering, particularly with turbomachinery
- Knowledge of relevant standards, including API and ASME codes, and their application to cryogenic pumps and turboexpander control systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
