Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit vendor-submitted scopes for accuracy and completeness across three client portfolios
• Monitor submission timelines and ensure vendors meet day 3 submission targets
• Document scope review outcomes and maintain backlog visibility based on deadlines and client urgency

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in construction operations, property management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of residential repair and renovation scopes
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across different client portfolios
• Experience with property or construction management platforms
• Familiarity with turn management workflows is preferred
