Tutor Educator

Job Summary

Seeking passionate individuals, the part-time hourly Tutor Educator will conduct daily one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions focused on foundational reading skills, committing to a minimum of 3 hours of availability each day while participating in a 7-week training program.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct daily, 15-minute virtual tutoring sessions with students, five days a week
• Complete a 7-week Tutor Training Program, including both synchronous and asynchronous learning
• Record student data and meet performance standards for attendance, punctuality, and student growth

Required qualifications:

• Eligibility to work within the United States and pass background checks
• Commitment to a minimum of 3 hours of consistent daily availability for tutoring
• Ability to navigate virtual platforms and manage multiple screens and tabs
• Completion of the Tutor Training Program during the first 7 weeks of employment
• Bilingual individuals, particularly those who speak Spanish or other languages, are encouraged to apply
