Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desk Property Adjuster responsible for investigating and adjusting complex Homeowners Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex Homeowners Claims
• Determines coverage, damages, and negotiates claims within authority limits
• Provides guidance and direction to junior employees

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Xactimate
• Active licenses in TX/LA or other reciprocal states
• Strong foundation in property claims
• Experience at the Adjuster II level or in a specialty position
• Understanding of wind and hail damages
