TX Licensed Liability Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing complex claims for a dedicated client, the full-time TX Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate GL litigated, premise, auto, bodily injury, and product claims, ensuring timely resolution while working in a hybrid environment if within commutable distance to Blue Ash, OH, or fully remote if outside that area.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and gather information to determine claim exposure and process claims to resolution
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate claim activity to claimants and clients
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner

Required qualifications

• 7 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with litigation, particularly in bodily injury and premise liability
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• TX licensing or any other state with reciprocity; AZ and AK preferred
