TX or FL Licensed Auto Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote TX or FL Licensed Auto Claims Supervisor will coach and mentor adjusters handling complex Commercial Auto Liability claims, including bodily injury and property damage, while conducting detailed analyses and negotiating settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently conduct detailed analyses to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Negotiate and resolve settlements directly with involved parties while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations
• Coach and supervise lower-level adjusters, providing guidance on complex claims handling

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 7 or more years of related claims experience with a proven track record in handling complex claims
• Active TX or FL adjusters' licenses (multiple preferred; must be willing to obtain NY and HI licenses)
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices relevant to claims management
• Computer experience with claims and business software
