TypeScript Developer
Job Summary
To support ongoing growth, the full-time remote TypeScript Developer will design and build user-facing web applications, develop reusable components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate spatial data and services.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build user-facing web applications in TypeScript that highlight and integrate spatial data
- Develop interactive maps and views to make complex geospatial data understandable
- Collaborate with API and data teams to connect applications to live data and services
Required qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's in computer science, software engineering, GIS, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong front-end development skills in TypeScript and a modern framework such as React
- Experience building interactive, data-rich web interfaces
- Comfort connecting applications to REST/JSON APIs and working with structured data
- Familiarity with Git and modern web build and deployment tooling
