UA Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the UA Project Coordinator will manage the flow of creative assets across teams, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaign specifications are met, and maintain quality assurance standards for content production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the flow of creative assets and resources across multiple teams and external partners
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content is uploaded correctly and meets campaign specifications
• Maintain quality assurance standards by reviewing and providing feedback on creative assets

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment, ideally within entertainment or gaming
• Demonstrated proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
