UA Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic team remotely, the part-time UA Project Coordinator will manage the flow of creative assets, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain quality assurance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the flow of creative assets and resources across multiple teams and external partners
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content meets campaign specifications
• Review and provide feedback on creative assets to maintain quality assurance standards

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment, ideally within entertainment or gaming
• Demonstrated proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
