UAE Immigration Regional Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager, Immigration in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions
• Provide detailed reporting on regional performance and workforce management
• Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of HR and mobility experience, with at least 2 years as a Country Manager
• Understanding of UAE immigration structure and jurisdictions
• Familiarity with Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore entities
• Awareness of key regulatory authorities in the UAE
