Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Lead focusing on payroll operations in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and manage relationships with key stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and data integrity
• Mentor payroll specialists and implement process improvements while focusing on KPIs and SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management or equivalent, specifically with UAE payroll
• Knowledge of payroll best practices and software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working remotely is a plus but not required
