Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Lead focusing on payroll operations in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert, managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings, approvals, and compliance
• Ensure data integrity, focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement process improvements, and mentor payroll specialists

Required Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management or equivalent leading UAE payroll processing
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficiency in software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
