UAT Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Client's Web Marketing team, the full-time UAT Business Analyst will manage UAT activities, document test scenarios, and develop AI automation use cases while working remotely in the PST time zone for a temporary duration of 8 months.
Key responsibilities
- Support UAT activities across web marketing and authoring, ensuring quality and resolving issues
- Document requirements, user flows, and test scenarios while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Identify and improve manual marketing processes through AI, developing workflows and prompts for automation
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of UAT and Business Analysis experience in a Web Marketing environment
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Figma, or QuickBase
- Strong understanding of user flows, requirements, and product processes
- Exposure to AI tools and automation, with experience in creating AI prompts
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
