UAT Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance user participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the contracted UAT Enablement Specialist will provide hands-on onboarding, structured training, and real-time support for business users in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver UAT onboarding programs and training materials tailored to users with varying levels of experience
• Provide real-time coaching during UAT execution, ensuring accurate and consistent test case completion
• Collaborate with SMEs, IT, and business stakeholders to align UAT scenarios with real-world use cases and coordinate testing sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in UAT coordination, business analysis, QA support, or user training roles
• Proficient in UAT processes and experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps in user understanding and implement targeted solutions
• Experience developing training materials and supporting non-technical end users through software testing activities
