UAT Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UAT Lead to oversee end user testing activities in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end user testing efforts across multiple business functions and project workstreams
• Interpret business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive UAT strategies and test approaches
• Track testing progress, risks, and issues while providing status updates to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional experience in user acceptance testing or business systems analysis
• Demonstrated experience leading end user testing for complex enterprise initiatives
• Experience working within healthcare or similarly regulated business environments
• Proficiency with Jira or comparable defect and work tracking tools
