UAT Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UAT Quality Analyst IV to lead end user testing activities in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end user testing efforts across multiple business functions and project workstreams
• Interpret business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive UAT strategies and test approaches
• Facilitate UAT activities, ensuring proper test coverage and alignment with business workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional experience in user acceptance testing or business systems analysis
• Demonstrated experience leading end user testing for complex enterprise initiatives
• Proficiency with Jira or comparable defect tracking tools
• Experience working within healthcare or similarly regulated business environments
