UAT Lead Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UAT Lead/Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large enterprise programs, including planning, execution, and status reporting
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure UAT scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria are met
• Oversee UAT execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution, escalating risks and blockers as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in retail technology initiatives with demonstrated UAT leadership experience
• Proven experience leading UAT across complex enterprise integrations (eCommerce, OMS, Financial, and WMS systems)
• Strong background coordinating UAT activities across multiple teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
• Proficient with test and defect management tools such as HP ALM and Jira
