UAT Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, UAT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to capacity planning, productivity management, quality control, and system functionality across UAT and reconciliation activities
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and practices to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solution strategies and assure technology execution is in alignment with those strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of related operations and/or IT experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts
• Experience with report and/or query development
• Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
